People Management (ENG)
This workshop series provides in-depth training to equip participants with the essential skills of effective People Management. Over four sessions, students will delve into teamwork, communication and feedback, while also emphasizing diversity, inclusion and behavior management. Each workshop provides hands-on experience, interactive discussions and valuable tools critical to any future manager. By the end of the series, participants will have the foundations to tackle People Management challenges and achieve tangible results.

Teamwork & Communication
De eerste workshop richt zich op het optimaliseren van samenwerking en communicatie binnen teams. Deze sessie behandelt technieken voor effectieve teamdynamiek, actieve luistervaardigheden en heldere communicatie. Studenten zullen deelnemen aan oefeningen die hen leren hoe ze teamleden kunnen motiveren, conflicten kunnen beheren en een positieve werkomgeving kunnen bevorderen. Na afloop van deze workshop zullen deelnemers een diepgaand inzicht hebben in het opbouwen en onderhouden van succesvolle teams.
